Ingredients

2 Cups Diced Cooked Chicken

1/2 Cup chopped onions

1 cup grated chedder cheese

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Cup Medium Santa Fe Salsa Con Queso

2 Green Bell Peppers

Preparation

Mix raw chopped chicken with onions, chedder cheese, black pepper and con queso cook for on stove top let cool for about 15 minutes. When chicken cools down preheat oven to 375. Cut large opening around stem of each bell pepper and remove scoop out seeds. Divide cooked chicken among the peppers replace tops of peppers. Stand in shallow cassrole. Bake until peppers are tender, about 50 mintues. Serve immediately.
