Ingredients

2 cups Carnation canned milk

1 stick margarine

4 eggs

2 cups Bakers coconut

2 1/4 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 unbaked pie shells

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it thickens. Pour into 3 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees until set and golden.

Beat up the eggs before adding so when they get hot they don’t clump. Continue to stir the mixture. Prick the bottom of the unbaked pie shells.
