1 bag of spinach

1 crown of broccoli

24 ounces of chicken broth

butter

garlic

crushed red pepper

parmesean

Preparation

condense broth by simmering with 4-5 sliced garlic cloves, butter and crushed red pepper. When stock is reduced by half drop in fresh spinach and broccoli to blanch. Serve hot. Top with parmesean
