Asparagus

Pepper

Salt

Garlic Powder

Olive Oil

Preparation

Preheat the Oven to 425 degrees

Cut the bottom 1/4 to 1/2 inch off the bottom of the asparagus. Then place in an oven pan and coat with Olive Oil.

Once coated spinkle liberally with Pepper (I prefer fresh ground) and Garlic Poweder as well as some salt. Cook in the Oven for about 7 min at 425 degrees and serve.

Cook longer if you like your Asparagus soft or (if your like me) a bit less to keep it crispy.
