Ingredients

1 1/2 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) in a food processor (not blender) until smooth.
  2. Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
  3. Store any extra in the refrigerator.
