1+ CUP (less than 1 1/2)

1+ CUP CRUSHED CORNFLAKES

1 CUP SHREDDED COCONUT

1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

3 CUPS FLOUR

1 TSP. BAKING SODA

1 TSP. SALT

Preparation

-PREHEAT OVEN TO 325F -CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER AND SUGARS UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY -ADD EGG, OIL AND VANILLA -MIX WELL -ADD OATS, CORNFLAKES, COCONUT AND NUTS -STIR WELL -ADD FLOUR, SODA AND SALT -STIR UNTIL WELL BLENDED -DROP ON COOKIE SHEETS AND FLATTEN WITH A FORK DIPPED IN WATER -BAKE 15 MINUTES
