Ingredients
1 medium avocado (peeled and seeded)
4 medium carrots (peeled)
3 cups cold water
1 clove of garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cumin
cilantro leafs for garnish
Preparation
Cut the avocado into quarters. Cut the carrots into 2 inch pieces. Add the avocado and carrot pieces along with the rest of the ingredients (except for the garnish) into a blender. Blend on a low setting until no large carrot chucks are left then blend on highest setting until smooth.
Serve immediately garnishing with cilantro leafs to taste.
