Ingredients
3 ripe Haas Avocados
1 large or two medium cucumbers
2 garlic cloves
lemon
salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation
- scoop avocado flesh into a food processor or blender
- Coursly chop cucumber and add to processor
- Juice half a lemon and add to processor, along with garlic cloves.
- Blend until smooth, adding water to thin puree if necessary
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Chill and serve
