Ingredients

3 ripe Haas Avocados

1 large or two medium cucumbers

2 garlic cloves

lemon

salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. scoop avocado flesh into a food processor or blender
  2. Coursly chop cucumber and add to processor
  3. Juice half a lemon and add to processor, along with garlic cloves.
  4. Blend until smooth, adding water to thin puree if necessary
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Chill and serve
