Ingredients

2 Cups Yogurt

1 Cup Sour Cream

2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon red paprika powder

1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

1 cup peeled and diced cucumber

1/2 cup diced carrots

1 can drained garbanzo beans

1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper

1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

Preparation

  1. Blend yogurt, sour cream, sugar, salt, paprika powder, and cumin powder by hand.
  2. Add cucumber, carrots, garbanzo beans, cilantro, and red pepper.
  3. Let it sit for 30 minutes, stir before serving. So Easy!
