Ingredients
2 Cups Yogurt
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 cup peeled and diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced carrots
1 can drained garbanzo beans
1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
Preparation
- Blend yogurt, sour cream, sugar, salt, paprika powder, and cumin powder by hand.
- Add cucumber, carrots, garbanzo beans, cilantro, and red pepper.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes, stir before serving. So Easy!
