Ingredients

1 med-large green pepper

1 med-large onion

4-6 plum tomatoes

1 bottle taco sauce (spiciness to your taste)

1 small block medium cheddar cheese

1 small block monterey jack cheese

tortilla chips

Preparation

Chop the vegetables into small (1/4 inch) cubes. Mix with taco sauce and marinade for a few hours. Slice the cheese into small (1/4 inch) cubes. Blend with the sauce mixture prior to serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
