Ingredients

(1) romaine lettuce-1"cut

(1) avocado-cubed

(1) large big boy tomato-cubed

(1) whole bunch cilantro-lightly chopped

(1)can hearts of palm-1/2"cut

balsamic vinairgrette-dress

Preparation

Properly rinsed all produce. Discard the juice from the hearts of palm. When you cube the items, they should be 1/2" in size-remember these items need to fit in your mouth.

Toss all the ingredients and dress with the vinaigrette. It is a great refreshing salad, particulary for the summer months.
