Ingredients
2 Cans Coconut Cream (28 oz)
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups of Rum (Light Rum-Recommended)
1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Ground Nutmeg
4 Egg Yolks (optional)
Preparation
Place ingredients into blender, blend until well mixed (4-5 minutes). Pour into a bottle and refrigerate until cold. Serve in small glasses and garnish with a sprinkly of Nutmeg on top.
