Ingredients
For HUMMUS:
2 cans chickpeas- drained and rinsed
1 teaspoon olive oil
6 cloves garlic- finely chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable broth
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor and let them blend until dip-like. Serve chilled with veggies (baby carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, celery, red, green, yellow, orange peppers, etc.) and/or pita chips/bread.
