Ingredients
2lbs frozen hash browns
1 cup sour cream
1 medium onion
8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick of butter
1 cup of Corn Flakes
Preparation
In a butter pan mix all ingredients except the corn flakes. Before putting in the oven put a layer of corn flakes over the top. Put the pan in the oven and bake uncovered for one hour at 350 degrees.
