Ingredients

3 Ear corn, roasted and cut off cob

3/4 cups long grain rice

1 1/2 cups water

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tbls. oil

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

2 tbls. butter

1/4 cup milk or cream

Preparation

Cook rice, fluff with fork. Add butter, cilantro and milk or cream. Add corn and toss altogether.
