Ingredients
1 small box Jiffy corn muffin min
1 can cream corn
1 can sweet corn
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 16 oz sour cream
Preparation
combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl. do not drain corn. mix till combined. pour into a 9x8 pan bake at 350 for 1 hour enjoy!
