Ingredients

1 stick of butter, melted

2 15.25 oz cans of sweet corn, drained

1 15.25 oz can of creamed corn

1 egg, mixed

1 box of Jiffy corn bread

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered 8X8 baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins or 400 degrees for 30 mins. Push the center to make sure it’s not runny to test for doneness.
