Ingredients
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended. Bake in a greased square casserole dish until firm.
