Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 cup sour cream

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 box jiffy cornbread mix

1can whole kernel sweet corn

1can creamed corn

1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Soften margarine. Mix with sour cream. Add 2 eggs and milk and mix well. Add jiffy mix and blend together. Add both cans and sugar to preferred sweetness pour into casserole dish and bake, uncovered in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until top starts to brown.
