Ingredients

1 stick butter, melted

1 box Martha White Yellow Corn Muffin Mix

1 can sweet whole kernel corn (drained)

1 can sweet cream corn

8 oz. container sour cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350۫.

Combine melted butter and muffin mix. Mix well. Add cream corn, drained kernel corn, and sour cream. Pour into 9" x 9" glass baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 1 hour. Keep your eye on the casserole and remove from oven just as the top starts to brown (will be slightly “mushy”), should be at about 1 hour, maybe a few minutes before.
