Ingredients

1 can creamed corn

1 can whole corn, drained

1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)

8oz. sour cream

1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Preparation

Melt butter in casserole dish. Add corn and sour cream. Mix well. Sprinkle corn bread mix on top and stir well. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. ( It’s actually more like and hour and 15 minutes as we discovered!)
