Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup corn meal
1 t. salt
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
Preheat oil to 375 degrees.
Mix corn meal, salt, milk and eggs into a tall slender container. Mix thoroughly. Using corn dog sticks, pierce hot dog to secure stick. Dip hot dog in flour, then into batter. Fry until golden.
