Ingredients

1 c. flour

1 c. cornmeal

2 Tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

1 small can cream style corn

1/2 c. buttermilk

1 egg

2 tbsp. butter

1 small can diced green chilies.

Preparation

Put dry ingred. in bowl. Add wet ingred. folding in until mixed. Fold in chilies. Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 375 for 15-20min.
