Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn

1 can creamed corn

1 egg

1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

3 tbl spoon butter

1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

4 oz of corn bread mix (half of Jiffy box)

1/4 cup of sugar

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat oven to 350. Melt butter in a pan over medium low heat and saute onion until translucent about 8min. Put all ingredients in a bowl including the onion mixture and mix well. Pour the wet mixture into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
