Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn (drained)

2 cans cream-style corn

3/4 cup self-rising corn bread mix

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs, beaten

8 oz. sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsp bourbon (or 1 tsp vanilla)

3 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F Mix ingredients well. Grease a 9" x 13" pan. Pour mix in pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove and top with 3oz grated cheddar cheese then bake for 10 minutes.
