Ingredients

1 quart corn

1/2 to 2/3 stick butter

1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar

1 t. vanilla

1/4 c. flour (any type)

2 t. salt

pepper

2 large eggs

3 c. milk

Preparation

Bring corn to boil in small amount of water and set aside. In a blender combine remaining ingredients. Grease pyrex dish. Put in corn (drain off water). Then pour in contents of blender on corn. Place in 400 oven, stir contents after 10 minutes. Usually done in 40 minutes. Browns nicely, firm.
