Ingredients
1 can (10 1/2 oz) corn
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 well beaten egg
1 cup milk
Preparation
mix corn, flour, salt and sugar together. next, combine egg, melted butter and milk. now combine mixtures into greased baking dish. bake 350 degrees for one hour. stir from bottom two or three times during first half hour. tip: when you insert knife into pudding it should come out clean.
