Ingredients

2 cans whole corn, drained

2 cans creamed corn

2 boxes (8 oz.) cornbread mix

1 stick butter, melted

16 oz. plain yogurt

4 egg whites, slightly beaten

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and grease a 9x13 dish.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl, and mix thoroughly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
