Ingredients
8 ear of corn shaved
1 pint red and orange sweet 100’s
1 small red onion, diced
2 small red b.p. diced
1 minced jalapeño
1/2 juice of one lime
1 bunch green onions
1 passilla pepper, diced
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together heat oil to smoke in a saute pan, add all ingredients with the exception of lime juice saute for two minutes, add lime juice and serve
