Ingredients
1 egg beaten
1 stick of melted butter
1 c. sour creamm
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
Add ingredients in order listed.
Pour ingredients into metal pan or glass bowl with high sides (spray with Pam). Cover tightly. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
