Ingredients
2 cups fresh corn
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 cup of half & half
Preparation
Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs, beat well. Stir in corn, than half & half. Pour ingredients into buttered souffle dish and bake for 45 minutes at 325. Will be golden brown and puffed when done.
