Ingredients
1 can cream corn
1 can kernel corn (keep liquid)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c.sour cream
3 eggs beaten
1 stick melted butter
1/4 c. mayo
1 c. grated cheddar
Preparation
mix all in bowl (except cheese) bake in greased casserole dish at 350 for 40 min. top with cheese, place in oven to melt
