Ingredients
Boneless chicken breast
garlic
carrots
tofu
quail eggs (boiled and peeled)
corn (canned or fresh is fine)
mushroom (preferrably oyster mushroom, but this is generally optional)
spring onion, cut into 1cm length
2 eggs (beaten)
salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
1 tbsp sugar
1 block of chicken consomme to taste
Preparation
- Boil chicken in 2 liters of water
- In a separate pan, stir fry crushed garlic
- Dice carrots, tofu and mushroom
- Dice boiled chicken meat
- Put number 2,3,4 and quail eggs into the chicken stock and bring to a boil, let it simmer for about 5 minutes
- Put in the blended corn (coarsely blended)
- Put in the beaten eggs while stirring constantly, bring to a boil
- Put in the spring onion, stir and bring to a boil for another minute
- Ready to serve
