Ingredients
1-8 oz box cornbread muffin mix
1 can of cream corn
1 stick of butter or margerine
1/4 cup of sour cream
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown and firm to the touch. This recipe can be easily doubled up on for larger gatherings.
