Ingredients
1 ear of corn
1 can cream corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 8.5 oz
1 8oz can of sour cream
4 tblspoons butter
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Preparation
Grill the corm till nice and toasted. Cut from cob. Combine all ingredients and mix by hand. Batter will be lumpy. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Let batter rest while oven is pre heating. Grease a 9" square pan. Fill and bake for 35 minutes until top is golded brown. Enjoy!
