Ingredients

2 pints cornbread

1 pint dark bread

1 large onion chopped small pieces

1 cup celery chopped small pieces

2 Tbs poultry seasoning (sage)

3 eggs

3/4 cup milk

Broth

salt and pepper

Preparation

Saute onion and celery in a small amount of butter until soft (in a microwave). Break cornbread and dark bread in small pieces (in blender). Add celery, onion, salt, pepper and seasoning. Mix well then add milk. Beat eggs slightly. Add to the mixture. Mix. Add enough broth to make a rather mushy consistency. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in moderate oven t until firm but moist.
