Ingredients
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 9oz can creamed corn
1 9oz can whole corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350˚
Grease an 8" or 9" square pan or prepare a muffin pan.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into pan or muffin cups and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
