Ingredients
1 bag Cornbread Cube stuffing
1 lb bulk sage pork sausage
1 stick butter
2 onions chopped
2 C celery chopped
2 granny smiths peel and chop
1 bag craisins
1 C pecans or walnuts
2-3 C low sodium broth
2 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Saute sausage and onions, grain grease and set aside meat. Melt butter, saute celery. Mix all ingredients except stock and eggs. Add stock slowly until moist- not wet. Add eggs.
Bake at 325 covered for 25 mins, 10 mins uncovered
