Ingredients

1 large can corned beef

2 1/2 cups your favorite grated cheese (my most recent flavor is chipotle cheddar)

1/2 cup your favorite mustard (feel free to try anything from regular mustard to honey to dijon)

3/4 stick melted butter

pinch salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spread face up slices of your favorite cocktail bread (mini-sandwiches/appetizers) or loaf bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
