Ingredients

whole chicken, cut in half

Brine

2 cup water

1/4 cup salt

3.5 cup cider vinager

Rub

2 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

1 tbl poultry seasoning

Sauce

1/2 cup cider vinager

1 tbl sage

1 tbl rosemary

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

3 tble mustard, dijon or cajun

1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

Brine chicken halves for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle rub on chicken. Put sauce ingrediants in blender and mix, adding olive oil while blending. Cook chicken on grill on med low til it reaches 120 degrees, basting frequently. About 25 minutes. Turn and cook til 170 degrees
