Horseradish-Cottage Cheese Dip
16 ounces small-curd whole-milk cottage cheese
1/4 cup (or more) preserved horseradish
1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Potato chips or crudités
Preparation
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover dip and chill for at least 2 hours and up to 2 days to let the flavors meld. Serve with potato chips or crudités.
