Ingredients
3 eggs, separated
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Beat egg yolks until thick. Add cottage cheese and beat well. Stir in flour and salt. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Fry on 360 degree griddle. Make each hotcake about 3 inches in diameter.
Serve with fresh berries or jam.
