Ingredients

250 gms cottage cheese

2 ripe tomatoes

1 medium red onion

cilantro

green chillies

whole wheat tortillas/ chapati

salt, tumeric, paprika

2 tsp oil

Preparation

make whole tortillas with whole wheat flour. keep aside.

heat oil. add finely chopped onion cook till translucent add deseeded finely chopped tomatoes continue to cook add crumbled cottage cheese once cooked add 1/2 tsp tumeric, salt and paprika to taste once uniformly coloured, add chillies and cilantro.

place in centre of tortilla and roll.
