Ingredients

1 lb sandwich steaks, tenderized or cube steaks

1 egg

1/4 c milk

1 c flour

4 oz saltines (one pkg) crushed

1 1/2 tsp onion powder

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 1/2 tsp steak seasoning of your choice

2 tbsp oil

Preparation

Beat eggs and milk in shallow bowl. Mix crackers, flour and spices. Heat oil in frying pan. Dip meat in egg mix, then flour mix. Place in hot oil and cook until just brown. Turn over and reduce heat. Cover and cook until no longer pink.
