Ingredients

4tbsp / 60ml butter

3tbsp / 45ml flour

1cup / 250ml milk

1cup / 250ml chicken broth

1/2tsp / 3ml salt

1/4tsp / 1ml black pepper

Preparation

  • Heat butter in a sauce pan

  • Add flour, cook for 2 minutes

  • whisk in milk, broth, salt, and pepper

  • reduce heat and simmer until smooth and thick.
