14 Oz Cabbage (white) julienne

9 Oz Lettuces picked

8 Oz Fresh Coriander picked

8 Oz Roka (Rocket) picked

6 medium Tomatoes segments

5 medium Cucumbers cubes

2 medium Fresh Onions slice

1 pieces Caper leaves slice

1 tsp Oreganon

10 Oz Fetta Cheese cubes

2 oz Black olives

DRESSING

1/2 cup Olive oil

1/5 cup Red wine vinegar

1 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. All the ingredients shout be wash well and drain well.
  2. Arrange neatly on lettuce leaves, cabbage, Rocket, coriander the peel and slice cucumber, tomatoes segments, onions rings and pepper rings.
  3. Decorated with caper leaves, black olives and fetta cheese.

Tip: On fetta cheese sprinkle on top oreganon and olive oil
