14 Oz Cabbage (white) julienne
9 Oz Lettuces picked
8 Oz Fresh Coriander picked
8 Oz Roka (Rocket) picked
6 medium Tomatoes segments
5 medium Cucumbers cubes
2 medium Fresh Onions slice
1 pieces Caper leaves slice
1 tsp Oreganon
10 Oz Fetta Cheese cubes
2 oz Black olives
DRESSING
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/5 cup Red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
Preparation
- All the ingredients shout be wash well and drain well.
- Arrange neatly on lettuce leaves, cabbage, Rocket, coriander the peel and slice cucumber, tomatoes segments, onions rings and pepper rings.
- Decorated with caper leaves, black olives and fetta cheese.
Tip: On fetta cheese sprinkle on top oreganon and olive oil
