Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water or vegetable stock
1/4 cup EACH, diced carrot, onion and celery
1 can Soup Beans (15oz)
1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Add water or broth and diced veggies to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, until vegetables are tender, about ten minutes. Stir in beans and seasonings. Return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Salt and Pepper to taste.
