Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
1 large onion chopped
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
3/4 cup green apples, peeled and chopped
1/4 c sherry
2 T. curry pwd
1 T chili pwd
1 No. 2 can toms
1 c. raisins
1 beef bouillon
Serve over rice
Preparation
brown meat and set aside. saute onion in butter,add apples flour, wine and spices. Cook till apples are tender. Add meat and other ingredients and simmer for about an hour for flavors to blend.
