Ingredients

4 c flour

1 3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

2 3/4 c sugar

1 1/4 c raisins

3/4 c chopped walnuts

1 T cinnamon

1 T nutmeg

1 T ground cloves

4 eggs, lightly beaten

2 1/2 c canned pumpkin

1 c vegetable oil

1 c water

Preparation

Combine first 10 ingredients. Make well in center of mixture. Combine eggs & remaining ingredients, add and stir until just moistened. Spoon batter into paper lined muffin cups 2/3-3/4 full. Bake @ 375 degrees for 20 min or until pick comes out clean.Makes 30.
