Ingredients
3/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Lemon Zest & Juice
2 tsp ground Cumin
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup chopped Mint
1 cup Honey
2 cups Oil (1/1 Olive, 1/2 Canola)
Preparation
In food processer, blend vinegar, lemon, cumin, S & P, garlic & mint. Slowly add the honey until it is disoved. Then add the oil.
Make 3 boxes of cous cous according to recipe on box. Add the dressing while cous cous is still warm. Add toasted almonds and julienned mint. Note: May need more dressing as it cools.
